Returns and refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it is your responsibility to send the item(s) back to us. We are unable to cover the cost of shipping or provide a shipping label.

Additionally we have a restocking fee of $15 USD per returned order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you received an item that is faulty or damaged upon delivery we will send a new order at no cost to you.


Cancellations

We process and ship orders very quickly to maintain a high level of speed and service for our customers. For this reason orders are unable to be cancelled once placed in our system.

If you decide you no longer want your products you are able to submit a return request.
